This song is the final soundtrack of the "Dogma" film.
In my humble opinion and in film's context this words are interpretable as God's speech.
I read them as such.

Life's management

I believe in God because Life is too much complex and no one can manage it. If God doesn't exist we would have to have paranormal powers. But If we suppose paranormal power existence then we would believe in miracle. Which is as believe in God.

The paradox

God has created following truth.
If we have a proposition A that can be true or false.
We have that A and A's opposite are both at the same time true.
Which is expressed by boolean logic: A and not A = true;
It's a paradox for our mind but not for our being's totality.

Age of Pain's ending.

The Best is yet to come.
The Age of pain is ending.
A new Age of pace and prosperity is opening doors.
It'll do all that have to do.

Why do we like it?

Why do we like to do a specific matter?
Why this and not that?
We have to looking for answer.
We may stop saying "I like it because I like it" but there are many reasons that have to be explained and understood.
Often, we do a matter because it make fell us important or integrated or simply we guess it's great.
But We have to arrive to feel good, simply because that matter is good for us. Without any artificial egoistic vanity-based tortuos reasons.

Walk on

The end. The end of what?
The end of our world as we know it.
To get at the new world.
I have my position on this world.
If you would want get your position then you have to get the way.

The challenge

God and Satan are the same person.
Have you wondered because Satan is so much capable and it knows so much things?
Satan is God and tests us.
Satan is the most powerfull evil's god. It knows us bugs and knows as take us in.
Satan is the exact opposite of God because Satan and God are opposite face of same medal.
That explains the cause of Satan is the purest most perfect most compassionless worst existing evil form.
God is the best lovely friend for us whereas Satan is the worst badly enemy.
God feeds on good, Satan feeds on evil, will who die of starvation at the end?

Why?

Why am I on this world?
Why are milions of persons here?
I know.
But the answer is in other realm than reality.
The answer is trascendent and cannot be revealed.
The answer is like fog but it'll open us eyes.
It's both very much complex and very much simple.
And we know it since us birth.
